Atravelq protects every booking through a refund, a dedicated client account, written supplier confirmations, and clearly defined cancellation terms.
All payments made to Atravelq are held in a dedicated client account and are not used for operational expenses until your trip is completed.
This separation protects your money in the event of any business disruption and ensures funds are available to pay suppliers as your trip progresses.
Every hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and activity included in your package generates a written confirmation reference from the supplier.
Before departure, you receive a master travel document containing all confirmation references, voucher numbers, contact information, and supplier details for each service.
Atravelq strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and travel disruption.
Your travel specialist can advise on appropriate coverage options based on your destination, duration, and traveller profile. Insurance is the recommended way to protect against scenarios outside the standard cancellation terms.
In the rare case that Atravelq cancels your trip, a full refund of all payments made is processed within 7 working days. Where possible, an alternative itinerary or future travel credit will be offered prior to refund.
Clear payment milestones and accepted methods, so there are no surprises between enquiry and departure.
For trips booked within 45 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.
The following payment methods are accepted, all routed to a dedicated client account:
Standard refund terms when a traveller cancels. Individual flight and supplier policies may apply on top of these.
Some suppliers — particularly airlines, peak-season hotels, cruise lines, and certain experience providers — operate under their own cancellation rules that take precedence over our standard policy. Where a service is non-refundable from the moment of booking, this is clearly disclosed in writing on your quotation before any payment is made, so your cancellation exposure is always known in advance and there are never any surprises.
