A booking is considered confirmed only when the required payment has been received, availability has been secured, and written confirmation has been issued by Atravelq and/or the relevant supplier.
All quotations, package prices, and service inclusions are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.
All prices are subject to availability, supplier revision, seasonal demand, dynamic fare or rate changes, tax changes, government levies, and foreign exchange fluctuations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, package pricing may exclude visa fees, insurance, local taxes, porterage, optional activities, early check-in, late check-out, additional baggage, and personal expenses.
Travellers are responsible for providing correct names and details exactly as per passport or government-issued identification, reviewing all travel documents carefully, ensuring valid passports and visas, complying with airline and supplier rules, and reporting any discrepancy immediately.
Hotels, airlines, transport operators, sightseeing providers, cruise lines, rail providers, destination management companies, visa support vendors, and other travel partners are independent third parties operating under their own terms and conditions.
Atravelq shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, closures, refusals, or policy changes of such third-party suppliers, except where required by law.
Any change requested after confirmation is subject to availability, supplier approval, applicable amendment fees, fare differences, and administrative charges.
Cancellation charges will apply according to the booking terms shared at the time of confirmation, supplier rules, airline fare conditions, hotel cancellation rules, and the Holiday Packages – General Terms & Conditions published on this website.
Atravelq shall not be liable for delay, disruption, amendment, cancellation, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, political unrest, border restrictions, government orders, epidemics, pandemics, transport shutdowns, or supplier insolvency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atravelq shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, visa refusal, denied boarding, denied entry, missed connections, baggage loss, or loss arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the traveller or actions of independent suppliers beyond our direct control.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Atravelq and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Holiday Packages – General Terms & Conditions.
Travel services may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on supplier rules, fare rules, service type, and the timing of cancellation.
Certain services may become non-refundable immediately upon confirmation.
Refund eligibility depends on supplier approval, fare conditions, package terms, and whether the service was refundable at the time of booking.
Any refund, where applicable, may be subject to deduction of cancellation charges, supplier penalties, airline charges, service fees, payment gateway charges, banking charges, foreign exchange differences, and non-refundable visa, insurance, or processing costs.
No refund shall be payable for missed flights, missed transfers, missed sightseeing, missed trains, hotel no-shows, late reporting, denied boarding, denied visa, denied entry, or unused services unless expressly approved by the relevant supplier.
Refund timelines depend on airline processing, supplier approval cycles, banking settlement timelines, payment gateway processing, and international remittance reconciliation where applicable.
Atravelq shall process approved refunds within a commercially reasonable period after receiving confirmation or funds from the relevant supplier, airline, or service provider.
